North & South Arden TMO invites residents to our Annual General Meeting, 8th October 2025
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 8th October 2025. This is an important opportunity for residents to have their voices heard, ask questions, and take part in shaping the future of our community. At the meeting, we will also present and seek approval for the financial statements for the 2024–2025 accounts. We encourage all residents to attend and take part. Who we are
The North & South Arden TMO is a Tenant Management Organisation which provides Housing and Property Management services. It was set up by the residents, specifically to run the Arden Estate in Hoxton, East London, on behalf of the Landlord, Hackney Borough Council. It is a not-for-profit making organisation and receives its funding from the local government. We provide Housing Services for the residents on the estate, which includes repairs and tenancy management. Click on the following link for more information: https://ardentmo.com/about-us
What drives our company is our mission statement which states; "We aim to provide continuous improvement in the quality of life for all our residents, by delivering the best service we can. We will do this in an open, transparent and proactive way, by listening to our community and acting on its concerns"
The management team consists of residents, volunteering as Directors/Board Members and primarily responsible for all strategic decisions. It also consists of conscientious professional staff, who implement these decisions.
